LNG Rebate :
LNG Vessels (Ballast or loaded) are to be granted a discount of 35% on Suez Canal Dues Shown on Suez Canal Tariff table
regardless of destination.

Combined Ballast Gas Carriers LNG / LPG : Transit Dues for combined ballast Gas carriers are to be calculated according to
the last shipment transported through the Suez Canal. In Case the last cargo was LNG, relevant dues for LNG are to be
applied and the relevant rebate of 35% is to be granted. Otherwise combined ballast Gas carriers shall be dealt with on an
equal with LPG's.

In addition to the reduction granted to LNG's (above mentioned), further rebates, to liquefied Natural Gas (LNG's) quantities
transported through the Suez Canal shall be given as shown hereunder:

a. 5% on the Suez Canal Transit dues for the round trip of the same carrier, if gas quantities transported through the Suez
Canal by one individual client during one year starting from the date of contracting with SCA, exceed half a million tons and
up to one million.

b. 10% on the Suez Canal Transit dues for the round trip of the same carrier, if gas quantities transported by one individual
client during one year starting from the date of contracting with SCA, exceed one million tons and up to two million tons.

c. 15% on the Suez Canal Transit dues for the round trip of the same carrier, if gas quantities transported by one individual
client during one year starting from the date of contracting with SCA, exceed two million tons.

Item First (a, b, c) shall be settled upon the return trip once the bill of lading and the cargo manifest have duly been
submitted.
Any client who wishes to benefit from this reductions, Item First (a, b, c) shall submit a request stating all necessary
information as per the form below, adequately in advance of transit. A special file on the client's carriers shall be initiated to
follow up their trips and calculate their relevant gas quantities that have already been transported.
